Returns and quality issues
Check the size information and your selected options before ordering. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned or exchanged solely for a change of mind or size preference, subject to applicable consumer rights. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact order support promptly with photos so Fourthwall can review it.
